The Role
As our Growth Marketing Leader, you'll be the architect of our growth strategy, focusing specifically on reaching and converting podcasters and digital creators. You'll have full autonomy to experiment, implement, and scale what works.
Required Experience
- Proven success growing products in the creator economy, podcast industry, or similar audience-focused platforms
- Demonstrable track record of scaling a creator-focused product from $XXXK to $XM+ ARR
- Deep understanding of creator pain points, acquisition channels, and community dynamics
- Experience with product-led growth strategies targeting creators
