When a guest completes the Guest Intake Form, they are required to acknowledge your guest release as part of the submission process. This includes:
- An acknowledgement checkbox
- A link to view the full guest release
- A verification step (to confirm they are not a robot)
By submitting the form, the guest is formally agreeing to the terms of your guest release.
Because this agreement is built directly into the form, there is no separate “signed document” to download. The form submission itself serves as the record of their consent.
